This time, we were smart enough to order the six (thought it was seven, but I think we only got six) different kinds of pork belly at Don Day. And it was good-- well aside from the taro, that was a little weird...
Brisket is pretty good, the tongue is even better, and the galbi is good. But this place specializes in pork, and so if you want beef, you're probably better off going to Oo-kook or somewhere else.
As usual, Albert, Jarett, Mike, Joe, Dave, and I managed to pack down a ridiculous amount of delicious kbbq, and topped it all off with pearl tea afterwards. Nom!
