Dim sum
A day or two after Daikokuya's grand opening on Sawtelle, we finally decided to visit.
Very solid traditional ramen, as opposed to some of the 20-hour, 24-hour, and even longer tonkotsu broths out there. Decor inside is a bit kitschy (ok, very kitschy), but the ramen is solid and the gyoza are f'ing delicious. They were still serving a limited menu so we may have to go back later when they go to the full menu.
And the crowd, despite them being newly opened, wasn't too bad. We did have a bit of a wait, though, even with a small group.
