Made it to the first night as well, but we were in seats, which are... meh.
First time in the pit at The Greek was tonight, though-- and it's a tiny pit where every view is awesome. Postal Service has put on a lot of practice since we saw them last at Coachella, and the show tonight was amazing. The Dream of Evan and Chan (originally a Dntel song) in the encore was a nice touch, Ben and Jenny both did a good job running up to the rails and pleasing the crowd, and hearing Be Still My Heart as part of the songs routinely performed was very much appreciated!!!
They insisted on an abrupt transition into some of their songs, but hey it's their choice-- we still loved it!!
I can still hear "time time time" sung by Jenny Lewis going into There's Never Enough Time, and the guitar duet for Nothing Better is best watched up close from the pit!
