Breakfast by Salt's Cure
After a few days with the Udompanyanan family's 3 kids, t'was time for an adults-only breakfast.
Thin, lighter, yet not as fluffy oatmeal pancakes with cured sausage and ham. Not bad, but definitely different-- no fluff, but since they were so thin, they weren't heavy either. And cured meats definitely have a stronger, slightly saltier flavor than the usual greasy breakfast meats.
Mandarin orange and cocoa nib cronut from Dominique Ansel Bakery. Pretty good-- the original cronut is definitely the way to go.
