Properly checking out the new LAX/Metro Transit Center, aka the intermodal transit facility east (Wikipedia). With the automated people mover to LAX badly delayed from 2023 to mid-2026 (as of this writing), the facility, as graceful and present as it is, feels a bit half-baked. It has the size and presence needed to be a proper train and bus terminal, which is unique for Los Angeles' Metro system, where most other facilities feel rather cramped, run-down, or simply having outgrown their facilities, but until the APM is running, a real evaluation will be difficult.
