Shrimp fried rice at Moon House has quite a lot of shrimp.

Inside. Not much to speak of.

Done a bit crispy too. Overall just okay, but some distinct positives.

Random very clean B6 S4, although clearly hasn't moved in a while.

Pancakes and eggs. Actually really affordable.

Undistinguished meal at Moon House, vibe has decidedly changed since COVID-19, but the shrimp fried rice was done almost cripsy in places, and it was pretty loaded with shrimp, so not bad. Sichuan Impression for the next day's dinner was better, a crazy good portion of fish filet for the price. Add in some random cool car sightings nearby and it's not too bad a stop.

Breakfast Republic's location in Culver City is a bit rustic/industrial, and if you stick to the normal pancakes, it's super affordable. Their fancier pancakes cost more but get into ridiculous portions pretty quickly too, so might be a much more fun place than the basic (and pretty tasty) meal I had.
