San Francisco
Before starting off this San Francisco Bay Area trip, went to go see off fellow United frequent flier Warren on his 2MM flight. Actually moved up my arrival into SFO to catch up with him and the rest of the group as they wee about to depart-- and they were joined by two special guests from United to boot (hi Jarad, hi Joyce!).
Then into San Francisco proper, where Pearl made sure we repeated the House of Prime Rib experience from last year. They held up just as well-- the King Henry VIII cut remains the way to go if you can eat a lot, as you get an extra (very small) slice after if you finish. Plus Chris made it up for the first time in forever, and House of Prime Rib was definitely a must for him. Wrapped up the night at Dandelion Chocolate in the Marina, where their always-rich chocolates (bars, drinks, truffles, cookies) hit the spot.
