The usual dim sum at Atlantic Seafood and Dim Sum with Doug and family. Always fun to get together, and to watch their kids go at it for their favorites at dim sum. Atlantic Dim Sum and Seafood isn't fancy but considering the kids don't care, that works. Off to Lucky FruiTea afterwards, where Rebecca joined us for some excellent fruit tea. The taro milk tea with actual taro was pretty good, actually been a long time since I'd had one of those (since most just use powder...). Saw they had 1 liter mini-buckets as well but decied to hold off on that much sugar.

Off to the Long Beach Marathon pre-race expo after. Bib pickup was a mess with a sold-out crowd of 28,000 runners signed up, but they must have put repeat runners in a different set of bib numbers as we had no line. Expo was good sized but maybe smaller than it should have been for 28,000 runners, they might need to grow by adding a second hall inside the Long Beach convention center in the future.
